By placing and paying for an order on pbn.link, the client agrees to these Terms of Service.
1. Placing an Order
Before payment, the client receives a document containing the current metrics of the available websites. The full list of domains is provided after the order has been paid.
For each link placement, the client provides:
- the target URL;
- the anchor text;
- the selected website or the requirements for its selection.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the content of the website being promoted.
2. Link Placement
Links are placed on the homepages of websites from our PBN network.
The order completion time depends on the number of placements and is agreed upon with the client individually. Once the work is completed, the client receives a report containing the links to the selected websites.
The placement period for each link begins on the date it is actually published.
3. Placement Period
The standard placement period is 12 months.
At the end of the paid period, the client may renew the placement for another 12 months with a 30% discount on the current price of the corresponding package.
If the client declines the renewal or does not respond to the renewal offer within the specified period, the links may be removed after the paid placement period expires.
4. Changes to URLs and Anchor Texts
After publication, the client may contact the manager to request a change to the URL or anchor text.
To make changes, the client must specify the relevant placement and provide the new information. Changing the niche or topic of the promoted project may require selecting a different website and additional approval.
5. Website Availability
We maintain the websites in our network and monitor the availability of the placed links throughout the paid period.
If a website stops working or a link becomes unavailable for technical reasons, we will investigate the issue and, if necessary, move the placement to another available website.
The client may select a replacement website from the available options by contacting the manager. If the client does not wish to choose, our team will select a suitable replacement.
Website metrics may change over time. The values stated in the document provided before the order is placed are accurate as of the date the document is prepared and are not guaranteed for the entire placement period.
6. Indexing and SEO Results
Website pages are open for indexing by search engines. However, the timing and fact of their inclusion in the search index depend on search engine algorithms.
We do not guarantee:
- link indexing within a specific period;
- growth in rankings or organic traffic;
- changes in website metrics;
- achievement of any specific SEO result.
SEO results depend on many factors, including the condition of the client’s website, its backlink profile, competition, and changes to search engine algorithms.
7. Payment and Refunds
Work on an order begins after payment has been received and all required information has been agreed upon.
Once the links have been published, the cost of completed placements is non-refundable. If part of the order cannot be completed, we will offer replacement websites or arrange a refund for the unfulfilled part of the order.
8. Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse the placement of content or links to projects that violate applicable law, contain malicious code, mislead users, or may pose a risk to the websites in our network.
The terms for large, recurring, or non-standard orders may be agreed upon individually.
